AGARWALLA Jaw Crusher is specially designed with hot rolled Ultrasonic tested special grade Steel Plates Finite element analysed main frame is fully welded and Stress relieved It is constructed to minimize the risk of failure and to give equal strength in all direction and ensures excellent durability against shock loads The main frame is machined in High Precision Boring Machine to ensure high accuracy and geometrical requirement

Construction Features

Specially designed pitman is made out of high quality steel machined to high accuracy and housed in a forged alloy eccentric shaft with grease lubricated extra heavy spherical roller bearings The pitman assembly is propelled by two massive cast steel flywheels to apply the right kinematics which is fitted to the main frame by means of single piece cast steel housing on each side All the bearings are grease lubricated and protected from contamination and dust by means of grease filled labyrinth seals
